Guarantee Requirements:

• Every person living in the household must have a head check completed by The Nit Nurse. 

• All household members who had lice discovered are treated by The Nit Nurse.

• Aftercare instructions need to be followed and must be completed by client. This follow up procedure is to be completed between day 7 and day 10. 

• Use your smartphone to email/text us a picture of what you combed out. Please wipe it on a white paper towel to be sure of visibility. Keep the specimen and paper towel until diagnosed by The Nit Nurse.

• Nit castings are not included in the guarantee. 98-100% of the castings will be removed with treatment. It is possible that a few can be missed. Empty castings can not create a lice infestation. 

• In case of severe infestations, a retreat may be required, If this occurs, the guarantee is valid only after the $55 re-treatment has been completed. 

• If a client contracts a re-infestation from a 3rd party, the guarantee is null and void.  Completing our step by step post treatment follow up with help decrease risk of infestation. 

• If re-treatment is requested and no lice are found, the client is responsible for the minimum household fee of  $95.
